Welcome to the website of the Central Financing and Contracting Department (CFCD).

CFCD is a Department within the Ministry of Finance, acting as Contracting Authority and the Lead Body in the Operating Structures for IPA Components I-IV under Decentralised Implementation System (DIS).

CFCD as Contracting Authority has a sole responsibility for all tendering, contracting and payment activities related to projects financed under the Instrument for Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA) of the European Commission in the Republic of Macedonia.

The website will provide you with all necessary information regarding the implementation of the projects to be funded under IPA Components I-IV. The website also contains information on the structures for decentralised implementation of the IPA Components I-IV established in the Republic of Macedonia.

Furthermore, on this website all potential beneficiaries can find information on the possibilities for utilisation of the IPA funds though regular update on the published contract forecasts, open tenders and calls for proposals. In addition, you can find a number of documents related to IPA, such as relevant EC Regulations, Operational Programmes, Guidelines etc. Some useful links could be found as well.

We sincerely hope that our website will be your preferred tool for obtaining information leading to successful use of the IPA funds and strengthening the cooperation between the responsible institutions and the potential beneficiaries.
